Location was excellent for what I needed to do. But being so near the centre of Kirkwall and the Cathedral was charming in itself, as well as convenient.

Centrally located and very convenient for all the sights and transport. Shops and restaurants close by. Living up to its name - it was very warm and cosy.

There was nothing about it that I did not like.

the location was perfect, I really liked the table and chairs in the kitchen, which was a nice touch. We enjoyed breakfast there. I liked the throws that could be used and the kitchen was well stocked.

We liked having the facilities of a flat. We liked having the option of shopping for groceries and eating when we wanted to. We appreciated having a washing machine to clean our clothes because we were traveling for more than 3 weeks. A great location. We could walk around town and use the public transportation. - buses. We also rented a tandem bicycle for a day to explore outside of town. We would stay there again. Excellent Italian restaurant next door to the flat. We really enjoyed visiting the Orkneys. There is so much to see and do there. Amazing history.

We arrived in Kirkwall in the early evening. Fortunately we were able to catch the last bus into town from the airport. We did not require the heat to be on during our stay & kept a window open. We found that we were very hot with the duvet for sleeping and didn't know if there were any sheets we could use. The mattress could have been a bit There was no toilet paper when we arrived so we were glad to have extra Kleenex until we could go shopping the next day.

A very comfortable warm flat. Cleanliness could have been better .

The little flat in the centre of Kirkwall was amazing. Everything you would need in a short walking distance. The flat was well maintained and it was so quiet. Lovely Italian place next door for a perfect takeaway pizza and a nice bar in the hotel over the road made for an enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Nothing negative about the stay

Perfect Location with everything provided for a comfortable stay. Great host and great value for money. We had an absolutely fantastic time here. Orkney is an amazing place.

Clean, great location, great communication from the host who was very accommodating which we appreciated very much. We will be back. Free car park, supermarkets and the main shopping street are all within walking distance. Lots of extras like toiletries, cleaning products & toilet roll provided which certainly doesn’t happen in most self catering properties. It’s a loft so there are stairs but the clue is in the name. We are 59 & 69 and we managed just fine.
