Superb location in the heart of town.

Some side lighting in the lounge rather than having to use the main light would have been nice. Car parking is difficult for this flat.

"Really fabulous"

Fabulous converted loft right in the centre of Kirkwall. There’s parking near by which is free over night. We wanted for nothing, there’s even a decent coffee maker and coffee supplied. Good shower, fully kitted out kitchen, cosy lounge and a comfy bed. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Kirkwall.

There are some steps up to the loft which might be difficult if someone has mobility problems. They didn’t bother us.

Well presented little flat, with hosts that went the extra mile to make it delightful. Well equipped, immaculately clean, and in the heart of Kirkwall.

Nothing to dislike. Its location was very convenient, and because of that there was no parking close. However, that was easily resolved.

The loft is lovely, excellently located, with wonderful homey touches everywhere (books, local magazines/info, flowers, etc). The host is very warm and welcoming and extremely helpful. She even gave us some local jam and cookies!

The bed is a bit soft for two people.
