Veľmi príjemný majiteľ, bol ochotný pomôcť kedykoľvek. Všetko čisté. Vírivka a domáce kino pôsobili luxusne v pomere cene a kvality. Apartmán sa nachádzal pár metrov od námestia, reštaurácií a barov.
