Great location close to CBD. Very neat and spacious apartment with all amenities.

Bit noisy if you are a light sleeper - close to the highway and train station.

It was very easy to walk a short distance to catch the convenience bus to go wherever we were going.

We were on the top floor so we had a lot of stairs until we found the elevator.

Location was pretty good, plenty of space, check in was easy. The pricing was competitive for the location and size and the beds were comfortable.

No dish soap available to wash anything and the kitchen was not very well stocked for cooking a complete meal. The paint on the doors desperately needed a touch up and there was a hole in one of the doors from a doorknob. The flooring was coming up in places and I cut my foot on an edge. The elevator was broken and we were on the 4th floor, making check out difficult. The placement of the dining table was very awkward and had to be moved everytime we used it.

It is a spacious apartment. It was clean.

Due to a delay we arrived late at night. The description to enter the gated area was unclear. The address given lead us to a gate, that didn't open with the link provided. So we though it might be the wrong gate to enter. 3 AM! Trying to find the main gate. That one opened. The description sent us all the way along the building to a staircase. We saw the stairs, released the driver and stood there with 8 full-grown suitcases, 8 carry-ons and personal items. Only to find out that we have to carry everything up to the 4th floor via the stairs. Fun fact... The description was based on us using the back gate. So we were in building #6 and hat to walk back all the way to building #1. Later we received another email that there is an elevator in the office but only through business hours. Next morning we checked with the office how to use this elevator. There we were asked:: "who on earth told you that there are no elevators? Of course there are elevators". The company owning the apartment doesn't care. The apartment was sterile, some plastic flowers to give it a personal touch??? The mattress was old and uncomfortable. The kitchen equipment not what you expect looking at pictures of a trophy kitchen. A day before checking out we learned that they expect us to do their laundry. It was loud being next to railroads that were actually in use at night time and right next to a 4 lane road with those speed reducers. Ratatatam with each car all night long. I hope that gives you an idea. Not mentioning flickering light bulbs and other minor things...... Can't recommend
