Great room, clean and tidy. Good value for money. Was really nice walking to streets and just heading into some of the shops. Really local feel around and not many tourists. We managed to get 2x haircuts for only 50K VND!

Quite far away from most things and taxi/Grab are quite expensive so factor that in. Not a bad thing but just know no one speaks any English so use your translate devices. Washing expensive so maybe save till the next place. They hire out SUP’s but the “beach” is more like a construction zone and can’t imagine anyone swimming there. Not that close to any food places so either get your walk on or use GRAB for delivery.

The owners were very nice and the view was good, but the bed was very uncomfortable felt like sleeping on wood with a blanket over it😬

Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Quite location close to the delta of phu hai river. All in all good place to stay in Phan Thiet. For others: Be prepared that staff here really does not speak english at all. :)

Such lovely helpful hosts, facilities are good, excellent views from the balcony of the fishing boats.

Quite a walk to restaurants etc, the nearest beach is a building site- but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast is good. Hoa and her staff went out of the way to help in arranging transport and guiding me to various places in the town. I cannot think of a better place for the money I paid.

Bathroom needs slight improvement. Water backs-up.

All the family members are amazing. They were so nice all the time and helped us. The room was clean and nice as well. The best part is that they have 𝑨 peaceful and amazing balcony!!
