La Table de Apoyo

Our stay at La Table d’Hôte was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a peaceful, zen-like atmosphere. The entire property is immaculately clean, with beautifully maintained grounds and spacious, inviting rooms. The large pools and hammocks added a perfect touch of relaxation. What truly made the experience unforgettable were the hosts, Renaud and Françoise. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home, catering to our needs with genuine warmth. They also shared incredibly helpful tips about exploring Nicaragua—highlighting must-see spots and hidden gems that enriched our trip. And let’s not forget the breakfast—homemade, hearty, and delicious, especially the sourdough bread that truly topped off our stay. Thank you, Renaud and Françoise, for your incredible hospitality. La Table d’Hôte is an absolute must if you’re in the area!

Fabulous breakfast included with freshly baked bread. Excellent family-style dinner available for purchase. Super comfy room, bathroom with hot high-pressure showers. Lovely spaces to lounge in hammocks and chairs by the pool. Very friendly owner-couple. Two wonderful doggos and a cute cat. Fantastic! Liked it so much we extended our stay by a night.

Best accomodation close to Masaya! Breakfast was amazing, hosts were available anytime, rooms were comfortable with hot showers!!! Pool and outdoor area was great.. clean and looking forward to going back in the future

Renaud and Francios are amazing people and have put so much love and detail into La Table. They treated us so well and were some of the most helpful people we met during our time in Nicaragua. Our room was perfect and extremely comfortable. The location is also great.

Excellent facilities for a truely relaxing break in nature. All the mosquito screens were properly attached, clean pool, comfortable hammocks. The atmosphere in the whole of the guesthouse was excellent in the evenings too with conversation at dinner encouraged and well priced beverages available on request. The hosts cooking was some of the best I have eaten, not just the delicious freshly baked bread each morning but also the meals which are available (if you book them) in the evenings.

Not to say I

Being French, the dinner option was quality. Both the vegetarian and meat option were delicious with freshly made bread. The morning breakfast was continental, also delicious. The hosts spoke English and Spanish (and French). The rooms were newly built, with warm showers and a clean pool. They had artisan craft beers for sale. Altogether a romantic experience for a couple and highly recommended. The service was friendly and excellent. A welcome change. Very close to the water of the Laguna, just a short drive or walk away.

Lovely accommodation, great pool, super friendly and helpful hosts. The food is spectacular, we’ll worth the visit just for the food. Fresh baked bread, artful use of ingredients. Just wonderful.
