Everything as in the description and in the pictures. Shops, pizzeria, bakery are very near within walking distance. Private beach was a big plus, it is a quiet place even though it is near the main road. Easy access to the bicycle and walking path.

"Sanremo is a beautiful city :)"

The communication was very good, the apartment is good for a family. We went to the sand beaches near the apartment, every beach was good. Bussana Vecchia was very strange, you must see it :)

The private beach the entrance to the sea is not so safe with a little child, because the sea waves are so big. If you would like to go to the city centre you have to walk, because it hard to find parking lot.

"Not worth it in the low season"

It was functional.

The beach was closed in the winter. There was no toilet paper. The room could have been cleaner. The bed was a couch. The TV remote didn’t work.
