"Very good but hard to locate the property."

The property was quite hard to find using Google maps and the address provided. I had to phone to get more information but this was ineffective because I don’t speak Italian. It was only by giving my phone to an Italian that I found the property.

"Everything was perfect"

This apartment has everything you need. Great kitchen, bathroom, good WiFi. Communication was perfect. Very flexible with the arrival time. Perfect stay for Joppolo.

"Great location and did the job"

We had a bit of trouble finding the property and getting in (this was our fault because I didn't have any data on my phone to get instructions). Host turned up and explained everything very helpfully and was very kind. No WiFI though! Thank god for the washing machine - this was great for us as we were walking the Magna Via Francigena!

Having WiFI! I'm sure this was in the small print but we didn't see!
