SORRENTO HOME e FLAT PARK AND POOL

Location, very clean and super responsive host.

We had few issues but the major one was a really bad (not to say hostile) attitude from the host. Told us we can arrive at 14:00, we arrived and then she was late by 15 minutes and wrote that we should know check in is at 15:00 (so why did you scheduled with us...?) We asked where is the center, she just briefly said it's right here, it's a small place, no interest at all to explain or recommend anything. She came totally sick, with no mask, coughing all over the place and I'm sick now as well during my vacation.  The 2 days we spent there were with heavy rain, we asked if we can check out a bit later and the answer was no, you cannot stay any later than 10. Not even offering any help to leave the luggage or so. She even sent a message in the morning with her regular "hello dear", saying don't forget to leave max at 10. Other than that we had ants in the room, shower handle falling off and bad smell in the entrance (apparently it was a split apartment, which we didn't know about). We've stayed in many places in Italy in this trip but this is the only place in which we felt the guests are a burden for the host. We'll never come back to this place and we don't recommend it to anyone. The location was good but there are many places with good location in which you won't feel unwanted..

The location was great, walking distance to everything. Easy to find and great direction from the host. Has a lift so no issues with luggage or access.

There was no bottle opener I had to purchase one which proved to be more difficult than expect.

Loved having a separate bedroom for the adults. Small kitchen that had everything we needed, washing machine on balcony. On the edge of old town and walking distance from everything. Wonderful bakery across the road.

Fabulous apartment, amazing location right next to the centre so 5 minutes to the main street with restaurants but set in a garden so felt very tranquil. Beautiful views from the balcony and the pool was fabulous,

No complaints

A great location, 5 minutes from supermarket and all the lovely streets of Sorrento. pool was excellent. Well equipped kitchen, beds comfortable, air conditioning was good in the height of summer. Pictures do not reflect how good this property was.

Kitchen was a bit small. A noisy road outside the balcony but you can't hear it inside and it is nice to get a taste of the life of Italy.
