A localização é excelente, a 10 minutos de ônibus do centro de Liverpool, em uma via com mercados e farmácias, e fácil para estacionar na rua. Praticidade para entrar e sair. Proprietário atencioso e acessível, deixou uma cesta de recepção. Apartamento reformado, limpo e confortável. Máquinas de lavar roupa e louça ajudam demais. Fogão também excelente. Geladeira e TVs novas.

Estivemos no apartamento em dezembro, no inverno, e o aquecimento nos dormitórios ficou aquém do esperado. Não conseguimos, mesmo com auxílio do proprietário, melhorar o aquecimento. Os banheiros, apesar de limpos, têm lavatórios e boxes bastante pequenos. Seria bom também se houvesse uma renovação das panelas.
