Modern 3 bedroom apartment close to the city centre

Very clean and comfortable. Good to have 3 bedrooms of decent size. Good size kitchen and living area. Well served by buses from the city centre

There was a problem with door security codes when we arrived. As there was no one on hand it needed to be sorted via telephone calls. To be fair the host did his best to sort this out; but it was offputting as our first impression. The area around the apartment is not the most salubrious, but we experienced no issues when there. You need to take public transport to get there

Location was perfect. Close to the person we were visiting and easy to get to everywhere in the city. Plenty of shops close at hand. Apartment was incredibly clean and comfortable, beds were ultra comfy. Bathrooms were beautiful. It was perfect for the three of us. The property would be most suitable for families or a group of friends.

The only thing was that a couple of the provided fans, in the bedrooms, stopped working. The weather was very hot when we visited so it would have been nice if they had worked. Other than that everything was more than excellent.

The apartment is top 👌 , cosy rooms , large and spacious. Everything is top quality

The location is quite rough but still close to town centre.

Great location. Owner was super easy to communicate with, did extra to make sure we were accommodated.

The doors didn’t stay open, we had to prop doors with stools provided.

The front door was a bit tricky but after a few attempts was mastered

Spacious bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Quiet rear en suite bedroom. TVs in every room. Good Wi-fi. Starter/welcome pack of food and drinks. Good shower in main bathroom. Ample storage throughout.

Noise from traffic affecting two front bedrooms.

Excellent choice for us as a few mins to Goodison and a short cab from Liverpool night spots. Clean, newly finished apartment.
