No breakfast for after putting us into room number 8 where there was no hot water, a very bad smell from the bathroom, cobwebs everywhere, a small dirty window with dirty curtains and double bed was as hard as a rock with fusty bedlinen, she had the audacity to ask for another 15 euros for breakfast. This property could do with a major renovation and helpful staff not someone who grumps at you an grabs your money and then tells you that it's another 15 euros for breakfast, when I booked on your website to stay at Bayview, it was advertised as a B&B deal for 120 euros which is expensive enough but when I got an email to go to Rolling -Wave. Guest house to collect the keys, l done so and was told by the woman in charge that were being relocated to the Rolling-Wave guesthouse which I thought was very strange and to make things worse was we were asked for another 15 euros for breakfast. I've stayed in Bayview guesthouse 5-6 in the past 25 years and found the host to be very good and we expected the same hospitality again and we never expected to end up staying a squalor like Rolling-Wave

Hole place smells of damp

It was amazing and lady who let us in was very nice

Everything was perfect

The next room occupants were very very loud all night long 😥

Paid for B&b and no breakfast

Everything else. Did not know what building i was staying in. No communication at all.

Location was perfect. Not too far out of town and the view was exceptional.

Bathroom shower could have been cleaner with shower gel available and the beds need new mattresses. New windows needed too, preferably double glazed to keep the road noise down.

Did not met any staff until we were leaving (by chance). Limited amenities in room (no hair dryer, kettle etc) and no information sheet in room. Noise travelled a lot from neighbouring rooms and outside

Great location, just by the beach. Clean on arrival. Lovely host who showed me around

The long term tenants were a bit rowdy and left a mess in the sitting area
