Georgetown Tropicana 218 Apartment

I love the accommodation.. Very good place. Will come stay on my next trip to Penang again .

All are okay if hv staff for quick response would be better.

The way go to parking level is swirling make me dizziness.

It was clean. Pool was beautiful.

Only one key. Very small rooms. Too far from tourist attractions so it was a long hot walk to everything.

Location and pool.But the guard at the pool was rude and ilmannered he don't know the difference between swimwear and cotton and continues arguments.

The space of the apartment was congested it was difficult to unpack .toilet paper holder was broken.toilet basin was clogged.no one was there to collect the garbage.checkin time is at 3 pm which is late. And their communication is very limited and instructions was not clear when I ask them they didn't response. There was a charges included for cleaning.but no cleaning was provided.
