The staff was courteous & helpful

I had reading on booking.com that when I book a room for a certain amount the pick from the airport & drop would be complimentary but on checking with the hotel staff it’s chargeable there is no free drop or pick up. If I have booked a room which is of a higher grade then this service (since the hotel is in a closer radius of the airport) should not be charging us exorbitantly.

The whole experience of stay was awesome. The reception and room allotment was quick. Mr Preetahm was helpful. The rooms were very comfortable with excellent beds and sleep quality. The open bathroom concept was new but interesting. The Restaurant and Bar was awesome with excellent staff and good drinks and food. The breakfast had reasonable options and the service was very professional. Must mention the names of Mr Soriso, Ms Tracy, Ms Zoya and Mr Priyanshu who took care of us during our stay. Celebrated my birthday with family and the staff was courteous to make the cake complimentary! :-) The Gym (Tone) was very spacious and well equipped. Enjoyed the workouts with weights, treadmill and elliptical. The Pool is heated and just superb. The changing rooms are well organised as well.

The overall stay was excellent but few ergonimical issues existed. Minor ones but can be improved. The door of Coffee/Tea cabinet in the room is quite difficult to access and open when the washroom doors are pulled. It's quite a challenge.

1. BATH was not cleaned 2. Breakfast was not Buffet so limited MENU 3. Pick up was not at Gate no name.card.. confused
