Breakfast was delicious and the staff were exceptional during our stay. Maintenance was needed and was very prompt with helping us with the TV.

Booking an Uber was very challenging as we were unable to locate the Hotel. The location coming up was 1 hour and 15 mins away. I had booked this as we had an early morning flight and needed to be near the airport. After discussion with the driver and numerous calls to his boss we eventually managed to get the correct location. During the drive to the hotel we turned down a very lonely road which appeared to be in the wilderness. If I had been a lone traveller I would have been very concerned. When we arrived at the hotel we were tired and hungry. We tried to order room service and were told the chef had gone home. The staff at the front desk were very apologetic however we went to bed hungry after a drink and a few potato crisps. I relayed my concerns to the Manager, she listened to our situation regarding the location of the hotel and we suggested putting the information on the website.
