RIRIKA Beach Living, New Seaside Apartments in Plakias

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. La propriétaire était soucieuse de notre bien-être et nous a accueillis avec un goûter et un apéritif. L’appartement était luxueux, décoré avec goût, lumineux et vaste. Trois balcons nous permettaient de profiter de l’extérieur. La plage était à 2 minutes de marche et les services tels que supermarchés et pharmacie étaient accessibles en 5 minutes de marche. Le centre de Plakias se trouve à 10 minutes de marche. Ce fût un coup de cœur pour nous.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay! The flat's design is beautiful, clean, and fully equipped. The house has plenty of parking spaces in front of it. The location is outstanding: 150 meter in front of the beautiful beach of Plakias. A Taverna, beach bar, and supermarkets are just a few walking minutes away. We were warmly welcomed by the owners and they provided us with everything we needed during our stay Marilena & the Violakis Family, thank you for providing such wonderful hospitality

Property was brand new. It had 2 rooms and 1 bathroom. There was a washer/dryer combo we had to option to use. Kitchen had everything we needed but we also liked the convenience of being able to walk to many local restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops. It had a great view of the sea/beach from the fromt terrace!

We thought it was going to have 2 bathrooms but there was only one.

The rooms, the garden, the rainfall shower. Built-in airco was nice, too.. Internet was fast. Great views from the garden. The really friendly owners and tips and advice on local restaurants and events completed the experience!

Apartment, location is really great. only in several meters from the sea. Building is totally new, still in process of perfectness by hosts :) Now they are in process of the gym room and sauna in the underground. We were 3 adults and 1 child, and rented apartments on the first floor. The second and the third were busy at those time. Our apartments were equipped by all You need and any more. Also, such small things like salt, pepper , toilet paper , bath's accessories were thought . Design is more like Scandinavian, but Crete air makes this apartments simply amazing. Must say, that only on the first floor the one bedroom has window to the terrace, another to the landing. But all 2 bedrooms and living room ( living room =studio) have conditioner , thus there is no any issue with fresh air. The host was so kind, and when it was possible ( apartments were not any more busy), we had chance to see apartments on the second floor and the third. Honestly, the second floor is better then the first, and the third is better then the second. Really, the view from the apartment is very amazing , not saying about apartments itself. Regarding food - you can order it or prepare by self. There are a lot taverna where you can enjoy good breakfast/dinner or enjoy by great food prepared by the family in their taverna . Cleaning was also like a surprise - each third day apartment was cleaned , including all towels and linen. The hosts are very very very kind. Really, we really felt like at home. For me it was sometimes confusing, as i saw how people try to do my stay more than perfect, hope we did not bring additional worries to You. Dear Asimenia, Marilena, Mihail/Mihaelis :) , Thank you a lot for these care for us, that you did more for our wonderful stay. For advises and recommendations, for nice food and so tasty bread and buns of Asimenia. Dear Asimenia, thank you so much , we felt really like at home. I felt my mom next to me :) thank you!!!

Asiminia & Marilena greeted us upon arrival very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. This is a brand new property we were the first guests. All appliances are top of the range. A beautiful clean apartment powerful shower and comfy bed. We had a lovely stay here thank you!

We couldn’t find fault staying here. The only slight issue is not enough storage if 4 people were staying here. More wardrobe and drawer space perhaps needed. We did mention a ‘welcome book’ to ‘Ririka’ would be great with suggestions for Restaurants, beaches nearby etc.
