Eugenia the keyholder was super, she was very accommodating with our late night arrival and helpful with information for our stay. Easy quick walk to the beach and in to Puerto Banus. Smart apartment.

The apartment was in a gated residential complex, with free parking. It was clean&modern and quite spacious for 2 people, amenities were very good. Air conditioning works fine. Proximity to the beach is also good, about 10' walking distance, although the beach is not one of the best in Marbella :)

Some of the kitchen appliances need to be replaced, especially pots and pans. The doors to the two bathrooms are swollen and don't close well. But that would be all, nothing else :)

The property was very comfortable and clean , with modern furniture and beautiful view over the garden and the sea.The location is convenient and the overall resort is wonderful.

Some small things to be fixed and the water heater to be put on the warmer temperature from the beginning.

Comfortable, sparkling clean apartment in the residential area between Puerto Banús and Puente Romano. The recently updated bathrooms with fast and abundant hot water, comfortable sofa with smart TV, and small balcony with a garden view (plus the sea in the distance) make it a very pleasant place to recover from the beach. Another plus: while the garden is very green and I assume well-irrigated, we were pleased with the fact that we hardly saw any mosquitoes. Nice swimming pool.

While the complex is in a generally good area, the street just outside the walled garden, which you will use every day if coming and going from/to the Marbella side, is blighted by a number of unfinished and abandoned buildings that have fallen into disrepair; one of them seems to be inhabited by squatters. Seeing this sight every day was a bit depressing. Inside, the air conditioning in the main bedroom is noisy and probably needs maintenance (we turned it off at night in order to be able to sleep). The management was a little stingy with supplies: we had to buy additional dishwasher detergent, washing machine detergent, and toilet paper (what was there was not nearly enough for a week's stay). Also, there were no kitchen paper rolls, no paper napkins, and no face tissues; these are all supplies that we had to procure ourselves. We also had to buy a chef's knife (and leave it there: we flew with carry-on luggage), it being difficult to prepare meals with table knives only, and to repurpose face cloths from the bathrooms as kitchen towels, of which there were none. In general, the abundance of some of the available items (garbage bags, matches, lighters) contrasted sharply with the complete absence of other basic supplies and utensils (such as potholders), and the limited availability of others (e.g., not nearly enough salad/fruit/pasta bowls). We recommend that the owners try to cook at least a couple of meals there and then update the kitchen supplies.

This apartment is absolutely perfect for a family stay. It is equipped with everything you need and has a large pool - you don’t need to save sun beds which is a plus as well. The rooms were spacious and extremely clean. Aldi is only a 5 minute walk away and the beach is approx a 10 minute walk. The key holder and owner were both very helpful with their communication. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would look to stay here again if we visit the area in the future.

An exceptional property in every sense. Rooms are first rate, big modern and very comfortable. It's on the high street - excellent location. Best stay in Marbella. Stunning location, extremely clean interior is truly outstanding. The apartment was very nice, spacious, clean, the bedding was fresh and fragrant, making it a pleasant sleep. Beds very comfortable. Great convenience in terms of the kitchen and its equipment. I highly recommend it and will definitely visit again.
