"I will never go back to this hotel."

They change my room without asking or informing us in advance. Moreover the reason was we didn’t pay the deposit which is not required while booking via Booking and they did not inform us even though they contact to ask for our expected arrival time. From the room in the high floor with balcony, we end up stay in the room under the ground. Of course it is cheaper but that is not what I intended to book. When they changed the room, they told us it is 450,000 VND, but then end up they say it is 500,000 VND :). “Luckily” I just pay 450,000 VND.
