Leider war das Appartement trotz Buchung bereits vermietet. Der Betrag wurde uns jedoch abgebucht.

Nothing. It was a terrible experience. This apartment should be delisted and the owner banned from Booking.com. I am a frequent traveller (Genius Level 3) on Booking.com so I have experienced many properties in many countries. This is the first time I am giving such a poor review of a property. We had spent 2 weeks in Morocco and enjoyed many of the properties that we found on Booking.com

The owner said the two apartments we booked were not available and tried to cancel our booking around midnight before our arrival. We had made advanced payment and it was not refundable. He claimed the previous stayer had an accident and could not vacate the apartments. Then he tried to put separate my group at two different locations. In the morning of the check-in, he finally updated he had found a solution for two apartments in the same building. When we arrived, we were shocked by the condition. One of the apartment was on the ground floor and the bedroom electric blinds facing the road was not working. The staff who checked us in had to call an electrician for repairs. He managed to draw the blinds but they were still not working. The staff who checked us in also brought us to the roof top washing area to collect towels that were still in the dryer and damp. We had to run the dryers again. The towels did not seem clean. The apartments had no heating and were quite filthy. Thankfully there was hot water and the showers worked. We endured one night and this was also the last night of 2025.
