Great location, Alfama. Splendid property, rooftop terrace with magnificent view is a big bonus! Very clean, easy access for public transport. Full of restaurants and mini markets.

Too many stairs.

Perfect location with plenty of restaurants and shops, just a few minutes' walk from a seaside promenade that stretches for several kilometers and is easy to navigate. The apartment has a stunning terrace offering views of both the city and the sea. The host paid great attention to our welcome, surprising us with thoughtful gestures that truly amazed us. I would gladly give 100 stars for this. The apartment is two-story, beautifully furnished, and equipped with plenty of plates, cutlery, and everything you might need. Every window and terrace offers breathtaking views. The owner was always available whenever we needed assistance.

A major drawback was the electricity. Every time we turned on something like the air conditioning and a phone charger, there was a short circuit, and we had to reset the electricity. This happened more than five times a day. We constantly had to be mindful of what and when we turned things on. Another unpleasant surprise was the neighbor below us, who lives there. At 10:15 PM, she knocked on our door, asking us to quiet down immediately. We were simply talking and playing with our little daughter. It’s also worth noting that the apartment is on the top floor (4th) with no elevator and narrow wooden stairs. The floor was dirty when we entered, and within an hour of taking off our shoes, all our socks were black. Additionally, we were given only three towels for five guests. We had to request two more.

Приветливый и заботливый хозяин, всегда на связи. Очень чистые и уютные апартаменты. Есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Терраса и вид с неё восхитительны. Рядом с центром. В пешей доступности мини-магазинчики и множество прекрасных ресторанчиков.

Если тяжелый и объемный багаж, то поднять его будет очень сложно, так как это последний этаж и очень крутые и узкие ступени. В квартире присутствует запах сырости и канализации, это напрягало и вызывало аллергические приступы (но аллергия - это естественно индивидуально)
