The host was very responsive and replied quickly to all our inquiries. The location is great with ski in/out access, it's right in the middle of the village near all the restaurants, the ski rental, the depot and the ski/snowboard lessons meeting spot. The condo is cozy and amply sufficient for a couple.
There was a bit of confusion upon check-in as the first receptionist couldn't find our reservation then didn't know how to handle a reservation made through Booking. Another receptionist was able to help us after some wait. Upon checkout, the key stops working at exactly 11am, so one has to be careful to have everything out from the condo before then. I started loading the car around 10:30am thinking I had plenty of time, but as all the carts were taken and the elevator is extremely slow, I got locked out halfway through going back and forth from the apartment to the car.
