"Bon hôtel très bien situé"

Chambre élégamment décorée et fraiche. Très propre. Produits d'hygiène généreux. Grande douche. Petite terrasse très appréciable. Très bon restaurant avec un bon rapport qualité prix. Réduction appréciée en qualité de client de l'hôtel Fraicheur des produits. Très bon café. Possibilité de petit déjeuner et déjeuner dans le jardin.

J'aurai apprécié plus de variétés pour le petit déjeuner sucré. J'aurai aimé pouvoir choisir le goût de la confiture. Si on ne prenait pas produits salés il n'était pas assez consistant. La réception n'est pas présente assez longtemps. Nous n'avons pas été accueilli en raison d"une arrivée tardive et nous n'avons découvert le jardin que notre dernier jour. La coffre fort est inaccessible sans démonter une étagère ce qui est un gros défaut à résoudre. Un seul transat sur la terrasse.

"Emplacement exceptionnel dans un palais historique."

La gentillesse du personnel, la suite spacieuse. L’impression de rentrer chez soi dans un palais de la Renaissance. Mention spéciale au Bar Cavallieri qui nous a préparé un copieux petit-déjeuner à emporter tôt le matin du départ.

Pobyt w hotelu był naprawdę udany! Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna, pokoje czyste, komfortowe i dobrze wyposażone. Śniadania smaczne. Hotel położony w świetnej lokalizacji, co dodatkowo ułatwiało zwiedzanie i odpoczynek. Cała atmosfera była bardzo przyjemna i relaksująca. Dodatkowo w dniu urodzin otrzymałam życzenia oraz upominek od obsługi co było bardzo miłe.

Lovely staff, so helpful, beautiful room and great location! Lots of nice moments like a steamer in the room, free bottle of wine on check in - can tell a lot of care has went into making sure people have a nice stay.

Отель находится в старинном здании в самом сердце Пизы. Очень атмосферный, высокие потолки, стилизованная мебель. Очень приятное место.

Завтраки не понравились. Только по меню и довольно скудные.
