Rhianfa 4 bedroom house minutes walk from the beach

Really loved the house, we have stayed in several over the years in New Quay and this is our favourite, it is not to far from the beach (5 minutes) albeit on a hill.. bit New Quay is a hill so that's a given. 3 large doubles all done with individual chic and 2 singles, one with a bunk, the property is spread over 4 levels, table tennis table in the basement which we all loved. Especially me, as I am a c🏆ampion now. Has a laundry room on the 1st floor which is 😍 amazing.. proper German thinking there. A small courtyard to allow the dog to have some space, and not get on the road. And a staged garden. We loved the place and hopefully will return. Also you get the added bonus of dolphins on a daily basis and seals. A fantastic place to stay, and was home from home, we live in a coastal property in North Somerset and if we were a bit older and didnt work, we would defo swap out and move here. Thank you.

Tbh there wasn't a lot we didn't like about the property, all the neighbours were friendly enough and as the town relies heavily on tourism then this is the way you have to be.

Great Location, very big ideal for families or sep couples, beds very comfy. Liked the different levels of garden. Loved the front bedroom waking up to the sunshine and view of the sea. Lovely sunny Dining Room.

Fine for us but different levels of garden lot of steps could be difficult for some. Kitchen was dark didn’t get much light but we tended not to spend much time in there plenty of places to eat out.

Amazing value for money - lovely big house with everything we could have asked for provided!
