Big apartment with parking in the city center. Everything was great and owners responded fast when we needed them.

The apartment was in a great location. It was a large apartment quite suitable for 2 couples as two good sized bedrooms. It was clean and had everything we needed.

Getting into the property wasn’t easy. Google maps didn’t take us to the right location to start with and with the car in the tiny streets it was very stressful. The Staymway App was a nightmare to start with as we were first time users. I really feel there should have been someone there to help us enter the building and show us what to do. Don’t know these things until after you have made the booking and they send you a long list of things to do!! The apartment had very noisy plumbing in the bathroom and smelt bad from time to time. I wouldn’t want to do this again.

The appartment is spacious and bright.

The carpark access card didn't work and it was a big hassle to gain access. When leaving the appartment, we had to collect our car first, park somewhere near the appartment (illegally) and bring all the luggage to the car, then leave the car and return the keys and access card back to the appartment. Not possible when travelling alone! 3 flights off stairs (no lift) not very nice either after a long walk back from the beach.... Aircon not great and if you sleep with windows open, it's VERY noisy at night in these narrow streets!

Roomy, two bedrooms plus one room for stuff (where you can place your suitcases), living room, and well equipped kitchen (with cookware). 5 minutes walk to the city centre

Free parking is not possible around the house, you can place your car at the port (Muelle Reina Sofia), 10 minuites walk, this causes problems especially when unpacking suitcases from your car, you need to stop somewhere close, which is mostly impossible due to lack of free parking spots, so you need to stop somewhere where parking is prohibited. "Balcones del Atlántico" is somewhat fancy expression, you can see the opposite building from the 3rd floor. Yeah, and the 3rd floor, there's no elevator, so had to bring up and down the baby trolley several times a day, that was not fun. On the first day, it was also difficult to get into the apartment, the lock is stuck, you can only open it if the door is pulled when opening it. Tried to call the office, but they are only reachable in "office time", so if you arrive late (10 p,m), you will be left to yourself with your problems, good luck and have fun. And as a plus, you will get some "unwanted special guests", roaches. They will visit you in the evenings, and they are not small. On the first day catched one, and on the next day, another one. If you fear of insects, keep the lights on all night long. The office can only offer you a cleaning, which is unfortunately not the soluition on this problem. We expected a certain level of cleanliness and comfort, but this is unfortunately an unacceptable condition. It’s reasonable to expect a clean and pest-free environment, and a roach infestation can be a health hazard and a significant inconvenience
