"Muy buena ubicación pero con detalles a mejorar"

Muy buena ubicación, y pese a lo céntrico no se escucha nada de lo que sucede en la calle

Deben mejorar ciertos detalles, como por ejemplo: la ducha está dañada y solo sirve el teléfono, el pomo de la puerta del baño está roto, las almohadas son de muy mala calidad, no había sal ni pimienta ni café para cocinar, tampoco habían trapos ni bayetas en la cocina, no había toalla para la cara, el tendedero estaba roto. Y finalmente, no son muy rápidos contestando, me enviaron las indicaciones para entrar el mismo día a las 11am, lo cual me generó un poco de desconfianza.

Hallo. Ik heb geprobeerd u telefonisch en per e-mail te bereiken, maar het is me niet gelukt. Ik ben zelfs naar het adres van het hotel gegaan dat u op uw website vermeldt, maar ik heb het hotel niet gevonden. Ik heb alle bewijzen. Dit is de eerste keer dat mij dit probleem overkomt.
