Wasn't clean when we checked in

The house was large and comfortable and had all the amenities you could need. Large Tesco a few seconds walk from the property which was handy.

The road is a little busy but always found a parking space close by. The heating and hot water went a few times, however the owner was quick to get this rectified.

Warm, comfortable and clean. Good size. Easy to get keys. Location is great. Property summary online was very accurate so no surprises.

Communication could have been better (had a problem with heating that was fixed quickly but communication a little slow). Kitchen could be a bit more furnished. No information sheet about the house (eg how to work TV, washing machine, bins). Bins were in the yard but not emptied for some time and there were rats and mice there.

Very easy process and everything was as expected

We came over for a girls' family weekend. The house was beautiful 😍. The location was good there is a bus stop at the top of the street which takes you to town for £2.20. The beds are really comfortable. Best nights sleep, I've had in a while. I didn't find a fault at all with anything was amazing.

House was nicely decorated clean .

Arrived Thursday early evening no heating /hot water Boiler wasn't working Mantinance guy came at 10pm .Next morning no heating /hotwater left messages as had a Wedding friday afternoon no reply had 7 people included 4 kids to get ready with no hot water For My Nieces Wedding.Unexceptable. On Saturday contacted again no reply. Assistant was rude I wish you to read all messages please .The guy came back out fixed again (Boiler issues need fixed ASAP.)He put £50 in gas & said he was putting another £50 in .Heating/hotwater lasted 2hrs .My daughter son-in-law there young kids were ill they had to find another accommodation due to the house beening freezing/couldn't even get washed properly. I recieved a very cheeky text from assistant saying I should be mindful of the gas I use .Please read messages from assistant to myself .Guy came out on Saturday evening but again when got home from visiting family no heating or hot water again 😫 Also had a leak in kitchen I didn't not flood the bathroom as I was asked at this time I was staying in accommodation myself as my Family couldnt stay with these Major issues going on It was Frezzing we all have the cold & kids unwell. I messaged he told me to try to fix it myself with instructions .I did have heating Sunday to Monday the morning I was leaving 11am . 3 days/nights without heating hotwater in this accommodation & abuse off of Assistant on your booking .com all is there in messages .I am seeking A full Refund & compensation as this is unacceptable to let out this Townhouse with the Major issues with the boiler .This is the Worst experience I have ever had at any accommodation & very unprofessional & your assistant I was telling with should get More training How to speak to Paying customers.On Monday I had another text saying I wasn't answering door to housekeeping. I had left the property at 11.
