El apartamento tiene un buen tamaño, las terrazas tienen unas vistas estupendas, la ubicación es maravillosa, se agradece mucho tener un aparcamiento techado y el anfitrión se ve que se preocupa mucho

La cocina necesita una actualización, la limpieza es deficiente, el baño, además de necesitar una reforma urgente, no deja de atascarse haciendo imposible una ducha placentera, el sofá cama es incomodísimo... Pero yo personalmente, hasta aquí, no le bajaba de un 7 a la puntuación del apartamento, teniendo en cuenta todos los inconvenientes y todo. Lo que me hizo bajar esa nota hasta el 4 es que antes de irnos, estaba yo con el cafecito por la mañana mientras todos dormían, y vino una cucaracha que salía debajo del sofá cama a darme los buenos días. Y ahí sí que no le puedo dar más de un 4, lo siento mucho, pero lo de las cucas es superior a mí

Yo en la habitación pondría un radiador si se viene en invierno.
