8 minutes from beach and promenade

Good Things First: We really appreciated the opportunitly to Store our luggage before Check-in and after Checkout. It Made Things so much easier for us, so thank you for that and that also Made me give one Star more in the Rating. The cleaning Lady was very Kind, the communication with the Host was quick and informations were sent frequently and on multiple sources. The bed was very big!

The Appartement did Not meet our expectations. Everything Looks very old and needs renovations. The bathroom has Zero space to Put your stuff anywhere, and in General everything smelled a Bit damp. The street is okay during the day, but during the night We did Not feel Safe coming Home late. There were homeless people Camping Right outside our bedroom window, which is nobodys fault but still Something to consider! All in all, it was unfortunately not worth the price we paid

Ceiling fan was efficient when working. Big bed. Good view. Nice to have the terrace.

Outside area was misrepresented by the photographs, both our terrace area, and the pool. The pool looked uncared for, there were only 3 chairs, one of which looked like it wasn’t safe to sit on, and no sunloungers. We were not met by anyone at check in and had to find the pool area ourselves, there were no signs. The ceiling did not work on check in, I contacted the manager who said to use the switch on the wall. We tried this but it still wouldn’t work. We thought new batteries for the remote control and then it worked. We were there for 2 nights. The room was not cleaned, and no fresh towels were available.

Perfect location and the host was friendly and always available
