When communicating with this company, I found them extremely rude and noncompliant. I was confused by receiving multiple messages which contradicted themselves and when asked for clarification, they suggested I find another place to stay. This is never happen. This is never happened to me in my travels too many parts in this world I found the staff offensive and extremely unprofessional.

I can’t respond to this response to this question as they did not allow us to stay there
