NZHost - It was easy to come in thanks to the message you sent before arriving. Also, thanks to telling me in advance that it would rain a lot, it was good to make a schedule. I was grateful for the quick reply to the message I asked whenever I was curious. Jenny is so kind👍 Accommodation - spacious and cosy, everything you need is available. For example, the shovel that can be taken to the hot water beach, the tube that can be used in the pool, the washing machine, the dryer, etc. were so well prepared that the children wanted to live there. Also, I think the location is good because you can go to hot water beach, Athenree hot spa within an hour, and above all, the view from home is so good🥰 Surrounding facilities - swimming pool, tennis court, table tennis, pocket ball in the golf club, there were so many fun facilities that I was able to make a lot of good memories. I want to come again next time Highly recommended to everybody ♥_♥ 좋은 추억을 쌓게 해줘서 감사합니당♥
NZThe entire house was thoughtfully equipped with modern amenities, offering all the comforts of home. Its location was ideal — just minutes from the bustling town center of Pauanui, yet tucked away in a peaceful, private setting that made it perfect for unwinding and relaxing.
It was actually very clean — I might be a bit harsh because my allergies were triggered by a bit of dust, but overall, the space was well-maintained.

Needs a spring clean, under the beds and curtains in the dining area are filthy when pulled closed. The pillows were cheap and uncomfertable and bad smell coming from the insinkerator. Strange instructions in the folder to take away our rubbish put towels all in one place, put away dishes and replace anything used from the pantry. Would have been nice to see cooking oil in there, we arent going to touch cereal etc when we dont know how old it is and i dont want to be taking away rubbish or unstacking a dishwasher after a 2 hour cleaning cycle when im holiday. Evidence of both one live and various dead cockroaches in and around the property its needs a good pest control and clean under the beds after all guests. There was also no heating and no instructions on how to use the DVS type system in the garage which we did work out ourselves but not sure every group would know how and it would then be quite a cold stay. In terms of the complex we would have loved if they heated the covered pool so it could be used in both autumn and spring
NZLoved that this property was in a gated community, had a gym and a couple of pools. Wasn’t to far away from town aswell. Comfortable beds heaps of space. Had everything we needed. The shower pressure was very amazing aswell.
