εξαιρετικη τοποθεσία, ευγενέστατος οικοδεσπότης. Άριστη συννενόηση και εξυπηρέτηση! Πεντακάθαρο, αυτόνομο σπίτι, μπορούσες ακόμη και να μαγειρέψεις. Ακριβώς στο κέντρο της Άρτας.

Δυσκολία για εύρεση θέσης σταθμευσεως, αλλά σε αυτό δεν μπορεί να κάνει κάτι ο οικοδεσπότης.
