Penthouse @ Aride

This place is beautiful and well situated for entertainment and convenience. Love the penthouse plenty space, facilities are on point meeting luxury and comfort.

Although we stuck to the rules a permanent resident was making our holiday uncomfortable.

Scenic views of the ocean

- property has aircons in rooms but all switched off allegedly to prevent damage from load shedding which I can’t even recall when last we had it in SA. Please put the aircons back online eapecially in summer. The heat is unbearable and the fans don’t do justice. - spa bath also not operational (disappointing) - Jacuzzi only for stays longer than 7 days (again what’s the point?)

The view!!! The well stocked kitchen, etc. Good mattresses. Too much to mention!

The lack of a lift was a problem for one lady on crutches.

The view is to dy for . The bedrooms are clean and comfortable. The fact that they have a hairdryer 😊 . I loved everything about the accommodation. Easy access to the beach and out door shower after beach.

Fantastic property closed to sea, shops, garage and security is tight. We loved so much that it was not easy to leave.

Honestly, everything about the property was likeable.

the location was stunning once in the unit & enjoying the million dollar view. :-) the amenities inside the unit were great - with the exceptions below.

the lounge suite was very uncomfortable - a clear compromise of maintainability over comfort. the window blinds were very noisy on the windy nights - perhaps some padding on the wooden bars on the ends would help? the air conditioner was not an issue during my stay, but there is no way i would go back in summer unless it is enabled.

The location was excellent. The accommodation was very neat and tidy. The bedroom was very comfortable.

The lounge suite was not quite comfortable enough when watching TV. The smart TV needed tunning in when we arrived as it had been logged out of. There was no lift to get to the top floor.
