We love this hotel and will be back. Very nice facilities and a very nice staff. We haven't used the spa, yet, but we will.

Nothing met with our disapproval. I look forward to staying here when we go through Soria. A great place.

Alojamiento bonito en recuerdo a mi antigua universidad es adecuado

Poca simpatía por parte de la recepción. No tenía agua caliente por la mañana para poderse duchar comentario de la recepción. Caldera eléctrica estropeada. Debo de presentar una queja puesto que uno tiene y cuatro estrellas pagando lo que pagué y no pudiendo ducharme con agua caliente. Me parece un auténtico desastre. Las instalaciones no cubren las expectativas. Esto no puede ocurrir en un Hotel de esta categoría. No volveré

La ubicación perfecta. La cama muy cómoda, que para mí es un factor a tener en cuenta.

Por poner un “pero” el agua caliente de la ducha no terminó de salir caliente.
