A környék, a lakás, a belváros közelsége nagyon tetszett.

A légkondit nem tudtuk életre kelteni, nagyon meleg (28,5 fok) volt a lakásban.

Minden tökéletes volt!Tiszta,jól felszerelt..kényelmes minden megtalálható amire szükséged lehet a kikapcsolódáshoz! Ami kimondottan jó,hogy a nappaliban a kihúzhatós ágy szuper kényelmes!

The apartment is in the heart of Szeged, perfect location. Just next to an Aldi store. Clean, superb, well equipped apartment in new-like condition. Everything works, kitchen is fully equipped with electric kettle, microwave, cooking top and oven and even a coffee maker with complimentary capsules. There's a combined washing/drying machine too. The check-in is automated, you get the gate entrance code and the smart lock code for the apt in mail, no need to wait for the staff to arrive with the keys. Checkout is the same, you just leave the apartment. Smart home functions available including motorized shades, rgbw decorative light, two smart tvs, direct and indirect lighting in the rooms. Comfy bed, towels, soap, a very clean and decent, very well looking bathroom with a very convenient and spacious shower. Heating and aircon with easy to use thermostats, clear instructions for everything. Golden standard for short-term rent apartments. I'm very impressed and pleased!

Everything, the apartment had everything that we need and was very new and modern, the location was excellent

I wish the explanation for opening the door was a little bit better and if i knew that i should put all my documents in advance in the check in system, i reserved and immediately went there but i did not get the instructions to get in , the internet was making a trouble and i could not insert all the four documents for an hour and then terrible instructions by message from the representatives of the apartment, anyway complicating entry , after that everything good :)

Központi helyen van, mégis csöndes lakás. A Dóm tér pár perc sétára található. A lakás felülmúlta a várakozásunkat, jobb volt mint amire számítottunk. Modern, fiatalos, jól felszerelt, látszik, hogy a felújításnál figyeltek a részletekre. Szóval minden szempontból tökéletes csak ajánlani tudjuk!

It's clean and quite spacious for 1 person. It can accomodate up to 4 people although for that many it would be a bit tight. There are 2 smart TV-s, Gorenje and Whirlpool kitchen appliances. You have smart lighting in one of the rooms and the window blinds are moving by a touch of a button! The bed was super comfy, I regret I didn't stay for longer. (I paid only 1 night)

There was some issue with the smart lock, which had to be resolved, but that wasn't the owner's fault. A previous guest did something to it. So they had to fix the problem before moving in. The sorrounding building where the apartment is a bit dated, the apartment itself is modern by the way.

Modern, clean apartment. Kids friendly. Central location!

Good location, near the city center, nice and clean appartment, well equiped for a short stay.
