Villa Ada al Lido

Tolle große Wohnung, sehr gut aufgeteilt,schöne Terrasse und Balkon. Es wsr wirklich sauber und komfortabel.

-Art und Weise des Check-ins und Unfreundlichkeit des Personals in Bezug auf Schlüssrlübergabe etc. -Nur dünne Tücher zum Zudecken. Da es eher kühl war in der Wohnung haben wir gefroren und ein Federbett genommen, welches aber nicht überzogen war.:/ - Leider keine Kaffekapseln trotz Ankündigung.

The whole flat was very dirty (wet bed linen and towels were hanging around; 2 of 3 beds were not made; fishbones and other stuff on the floor, chairs, couch; dirty kitchen (floor, sink, drawers, surfaces, etc.)). After we complained, Federico and Cristina came to see us. They didn't introduce themselves with their full names, didn't show their IDs, played everything down and wanted us to leave immediately but still pay for one of two nights. Particularly Federico was very angry, aggressive and impolite, and my mom became scared and threatened to call the police, as she was alone, while I was buying groceries. They offered us a 20% discount which we have never received. Before our stay, firstly, we had to clean up the dirty flat ourselves, do the dishes, etc. and didn't feel safe during our stay.

We liked it so much that we intend on coming back.
