Lovely place to stay, bright and had everything we needed. The owner was very good at communicating with us and was happy to help when I couldn’t find something I needed in the morning. Perfect distance from Rome which allowed us to stay close enough to the hot springs to drive there easily in the morning and arrive and visit before the tourist buses arrived!
