Modern and stylish 3 Bedroom Villa

Ants in the bed. Black mould in kitchen sink. Dish rack filthy. Dirty old kitchen sponge. Pool and lounger green and covered in insects. Outdoor Chairs in poor condition. Lack of shade in pool area in heat of the day.

Modern newish villa. Nice size pool. Nice decor, comfortable beds.

Locks on the doors are awkward. My son locked himself in his bathroom and we struggled to open the lock because they are so bad. The pool could be kept better. Other places we stayed had crisp clear pools and free of leaves, this wasn’t as good, it needed more regular cleaning. The noise from neighbouring properties and the traffic. Because the doors are simply sliding doors there is no barrier from the outside noise, woke up by geckos in the night, cockerels, and barking dogs and the echo of the traffic from the road just at the side of the villa. Showers are not great. Shame really, this place has potential, wouldn’t visit again due to the above.

Incredibly beautiful villa! We had the best time, it was so beautifully laid out and had everything we needed. Only difficulty was that Grab drivers had a difficult time finding the location for pick up. Other than that, so lovely! Staff were so kind

Such a beautiful villa! In real life it is even more beautiful than photos! Comfortable beds, drinking water is provided, amazing and really big pool. Also if you want to go on excursions, villa arranges you a driver for half or full day. He was super nice! If you want to rent a scooter, it will be delivered to the villa, which was really comfortable. All employees with whom I had contact were really nice and helpful!

The villa is a stunning property that exceeded every expectation. The property's design is truly breathtaking. The modern and sleek design, paired with the abundance of natural light pouring in through the floor-to-ceiling windows, created a sense of serenity and calmness. The high ceilings and plush furnishings only added to the sense of luxury and opulence. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were crisp and clean. The shower was also a highlight, with its powerful jets and generous supply of luxurious toiletries. The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. From making spa reservations, providing a driver to arranging for laundry collections they were always happy to help.

Beautiful 3 bedroom villa, just a short ride on grab or with the villas personal driver into Ubud, everything was clean and even better then on the photos, they provided free drinking water and had a minibar (beer, coke, sprite , bottled water) at reasonable prices, in house massage was available but we didn’t have time to try it. You can order breakfast on grab if you like or they recommended a company that can deliver too, our three kids loved the pool and the setting is in a quiet location about 3,5 km from central Ubud, we had an amazing time !
