The apartment is super tidy and comfortable, we found everything we needed and had plenty of space :) The communication was really helpful and nice! Thank you!

I had a problem with my phone and could not receive calls or text messages, but even so the staff waited for our arrival almost 2h after the check in time, without knowing when we would show up. So very big plus here. The appartment has absolutely everything. It is big, clean, has a good terrace, and a 24/7 supermarket downstairs in case you need to buy food or anything. Hygiene is very good. I cannot talk about location because we only came to sleep here. We could park the car in the street for free without any problem. Overall I really could stay here for months.

No salty food for breakfast

Nice location, out of town centre but right on the train line to get into the centre or go exploring the hills. Very clean, everything was there that was needed, including coffee and a pleasant breakfast.

TV wasn't connected to WiFi, so we couldn't stream, but this was quite minor.

Our host, Mauricio, went out of his way to be welcoming and helpful. Coffee, tea, milk and home made pastries made by Mauricio’s mother were all there waiting for us on arrival. The flat was impeccable, light, airy and plenty spacious for 2, with everything we needed for a short stay. It has a lift and the air con was super efficient. It was close to one of the popular restaurant / bar areas of Pescara and in easy walking distance to the beach. Having local shops and a Carrefour close by was also handy.

Nothing really. It overlooks the Pescara Nuova train station, but with the windows closed, you don’t hear much noise.

The property is situated very close to the city centre and to the port, also right near the train station. You have a great view from the terrace, you can see the mountains while enjoying your coffee or wine. Very clean and cozy with attention to details. Another big advantage: the parking place.

It can be a little noisy because of the trains station which is rigth below the balcony, this was not an issue for us though.

Everything was perfect! It’s a beautiful apartment with a full sized fridge and stove with cooking equipment if you’re so inclined. It’s 2 minutes from a grocery store and restaurants are nearby as well. It’s about a kilometre from the beach, so it’s an easy walk, and the host is extremely helpful.
