Luxre Homes - Villa in Koramangala

The property is very close to Koramangla offices and is centrally located; food options at 800 meters walking distances are great; Rahul the caretaker is very friendly and helpful. I got stuck once in rain and he was able to give me a short ride on his bike (a big thank you for that). If feels homely and you get home cooked food while away from home. I would return back

they do not accept card payments; since I was traveling from Dubai, I did not had Indian currency and had to manage it from various folks. Please start accepting cards :)

The location is great.I liked the built of the property as well as the interiors. The care-taker Rahul ensures to provide food as per the guest's requirement, which is a positive point. The owner keeps in touch over call/text if needed.

My suggestion is that there should be atleast someone else at the property as a back-up for Rahul. It can be a lady house-keeping person.

Overall everything was excellent

It was a calm neighbourhood, close to a park, Koramangala shopping area. Very well maintained house, Spacious room and common area. Feels like home. Rahul is a nice person and courteous care taker, made our stay very comfortable. He made us Nice breakfast. We plan to return during our next visit to India. This place is much better stay than a hotel room.

Road is narrow, difficult to turn around for bigger car

Well designed beautiful room ,clean and comfortable with quality mattresses and all the amenities like Study table , lamps etc Food was delicious and hygienic (love the south Indian complimentary breakfast) & Chicken made by Rahul in dinner😋 which was totally worth at such reasonable price. Great amenities like self laundry, gym, parking, beautiful terrace and backyard for evening pleasure) Special thanks to the host for prompt response and guest centric approach. I recommended this property to people who want luxury stay and at the same time feel at home.

I have nothing to mention here , it was a very comfortable stay

- The homestay is located near BDA complex in Koramangala, which is a pretty central location. - Rahul, the caretaker, was courteous and helpful. He always tried his best to help with whatever I needed. - Tea/coffee and biscuits are free. And it's not your average tea from a machine. Rahul makes it and he's great at it. - You have food available on request. Breakfast is complementary. - The rooms are big. Like really big with a ton of closet space. The same with the bathroom. - It's a very quiet location, so you can sleep peacefully. - The terrace is amazing and there's a gym that you can use for whatever. - You also have access to laundry which is free. - You have access to the kitchen and you can make yourself something if you wish to.

- It's NOT a hotel. They don't know how to service clients. You have to "ask" for stuff. For instance, they won't do cleaning unless you ask. - Food is overpriced. While it's good, it's definitely not worth paying that much when I can get tasty stuff through Swiggy/Zomato at a better price. - Mosquitoes in the ground floor. While there repellants, they don't do a great job. - Internet issues even after the owner upgraded the plan. It's not steady but that's due to Airtel's crappy network. Can't fault the homestay for that. - You have to "tell" the caretaker that you're going to be back late. There's no security professional except the caretaker, who lives there.

Excellent service and location.I suggest for family stay no other better choice than this nice homely environment with very clean hygienic place.Food service is also very delicious very supportive staff Rahul.The big thanks to Monica Mam who given us the candle light dinner which was amazing and just refreshed my family in extraordinary happy way.Thank you Mam🙏

I can’t point out anything

The caretaker Rahul is very good , cooks really good food especially non veg , clean and comfortable in the heart of the city

Breakfast was homely and delicious. Rahul the caretaker was courteous enough to cook as per my choice. Location of the property is very good, approachable, peaceful and safe. The property is newly renovated with best of class furniture. The facility of in-house gym is worth mentioning.

I don't think of anything which I didn't like. Rather my experience was worth visiting again and again.
