"Great apartment in quiet location"

Lovely, cosy apartment. Very quiet on an evening. Free parking in the shared lot outside. Very well equipped.

The lockbox for the key is extremely temperamental and we nearly couldn't get in when we arrived late at night. Hopefully it will be fixed soon..

Nice and quiet surroundings.The two bedrooms and two bathrooms.Parking space for the car. Lovely apartment.

-Location

-Poor responses from the host, changed the checkin in time from 3 till 4 with no communication or consideration -Hidden charges of £300 deposit money which you only get informed after booking -Endless amount of rules which keeps you on edge when using any facilities provided, even though the flat itself is about to fall apart any minute I.e. curtains, dirty radiators, dirty duvets which caused lots of breakout and allergies for all of us staying -Basic necessities not provided, gave 3 toilet rolls for 4 people for 5 nights! - Not sure why they even charge cleaning fee as the room were so dusty please see photo evidence
