One Queens Gardens, Sea View Apartment, Eastbourne.

Fantastic flat with all you could need and more. Thank you for providing things like toilet roll, dish washer tabs etc. [You'd be surprised that these things dont always come as standard and you find yourself doing a late night shop!] And the grown-ups gift in the fridge went down a treat after our long drive ;-)

Not the most salubrious corner of Eastbourne. Many 'unsavoury' characters in the street at night, begging/dealing/fighting. We even got front row seats at the living room window, to an arrest with police officers using a taser outside. That wasn't on the property description! Upstairs residents quite noisy - banging and crashing around as if moving furniture, but that's the joy of flats!

Property was excellent, lovely and made you feel at home. Facilities were good snd location was great which was important due to work commitments.

sorry i did not stay but my friends did, they like this flat. i hope we could book this flat next year of simliar time at similar price
