La prima emozione che ci è arrivata dopo la bellezza dell’isola è stata l’accoglienza la disponibilitá e la voglia di soddisfare i clienti di questi 2 giovani che si adoperano per farti sentire a casa…con colazioni super e tanto buon umore……….. Grazie

"Das schlechteste was wir je erlebt haben"

Nichts

An allen 3 Tagen wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt und die Handtücher nicht gewechselt. Am 2. Tag wurde frühstück nur außerhalb angeboten und am 3. morgen gab es kein Frühstück. Es war niemand Ort und eine Bezahlung war deshalb auch nicht möglich. Wir haben gestern bereits an booking geschrieben, Sollten innerhalb 24 h eine Antwort bekommen, haben leider bis jetzt nichts gehört. Wir sind mit dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht einverstanden und gehen davon aus, dass wir für den komplett fehlenden Service und das fehlende Frühstück eine Erstattung erhalten. Gleichzeitig werden wir eine Bewertung für diese Unterkunft erstellen. Grüße Sabine und Jochen
