Bona ubicació i net. L'anfitrió molt bé i en general molt bé. Si tens cotxe estàs a prop de tot i l'aparcament és molt bò. Supermercat molt proper a peu.

Molt sorollós, els veinats tenen un nadó que plora molt i s'escolta tot. L'aïllament acústic no és el millor i malgrat el barri és tranquil, s'escolten molt als nins jugant i les obres al matí. No vam poder dormir gaire bé.
