Bom Quarto e casa de banho

A casa tem vários quartos, tudo bem. Mas alguns parecem ocupados a tempo inteiro, pois o piso 0 parecia uma casa de família habitada: quarto e sala de lavandaria abertos, sala e cozinha com mercearias na bancada... No 1.º andar 1 casa banho comum tinha estacionados produtos higiene de alguém. Enfim, não houve barulho nem incómodos, mas tive sensação de ter alugado 1 quarto numa casa habitada de família.

Do espaço do quarto, da limpeza da cama, da localização, do sossego noturno

Do chuveiro que não funcionava bem, do tamanho do poliban e, na cozinha partilhada, pareceu-me haver pouco controle pois as 2 vezes que a utilizamos, a toalha da mesa não estava limpa. Faltavam panos de cozinha.

O quarto estava fantástico muito bem organizado e muito limpo 👌👌

The stay offered a mix of strong service and some noticeable shortcomings. While information provided throughout the stay was quite limited, the responsiveness of the host was excellent. When issues arose - such as the heating not working - they reacted quickly and resolved it remotely, which was very much appreciated. The room itself is beautifully decorated and matches the pictures, with thoughtful touches such as coffee pods provided.

However, there were a few maintenance and comfort issues: noticeable dust along the window frames, heaters making bubbling noises, and limited sound insulation. Despite the large bed, only one cushion was provided, which felt a bit minimal. Some technical aspects also needed attention, for example, the TV was not working initially and took some time to function properly even after reconnecting. The location is quite far out of town, even when traveling by car, which reduces overall convenience. Considering this, along with the relatively high price point and the areas for improvement, the stay does not offer the strongest value for money and with €10-€15 less it would feel much more reasonable.
