Nice apartment, very clean and spacious, with a nice veranda. Wonderful staff, who answered all our questions and were extremely helpful and nice - a major plus!

The dog next door barked a lot some days, but that is not the fault of this apartment!

Nice shower. Nice patio to glass wall and door overlooking the ocean and walking path. Good restaurant nearby. Nice kichenette.6

Upstairs guest were very noisy. It was hard to find at night. Our google maps weren't working well. But, Antonio came to fetch us!

The apartment was perfect for our stay. Cozy, modern and very well located. Antonio was available for any issue that could arise and very fast in his responses. Everything went well.

The only problem was that in the booking reservation it indicated that, on our last day, we could stay until 23:59 pm. However, it was a mistake and we had to leave by 13:30 pm approximately and we were told about it like an hour and a half before.

Really nice place, with excellent location and wonderful view from the apt. Very clean newly remodeled apartment. Was a little smaller than expected as I thought I was renting a house, but adequate for the two of us. Owner and Caretaker were very responsive and did their best to make our stay comfortable.

Mattress a little stiff, and owner will upgrade with a memory foam topper to make it more comfortable. Also needs shelves in the bathroom for dopp kit and shampoo etc. A user manual would help in figuring out a couple of things, like using the microwave. Curtains tend to stick, so be careful you don't try to pull with cord, as it breaks easily. Instead, just pull curtain down a little and it will roll back up fine. Also entrance hall lights don't turn off when you hit the switch. there is a several minute delay, which sucks when you want to sleep. Note these are small things that the owner will put in a manual. Also, maybe a larger table outside?

very clean, the furniture seems quite new, everything is there for cooking etc., and very spacious. The view is great and the direct path to the sea is amazing.

Unfortunately, it was very loud basically all the time. The neighbors next door listened to loud music on huge speakers. Their children play all evening in the pool and scream- which is fine, but they still screamed at midnight which made it very hard to sleep. After the second night of loud music, we asked the neighbor to turn down the volume which she refused to do.

Perfect location. Easy to get to. All you need nearby. Walking distance to excellent beaches. Ocean view.

Overall stay was superb and my suggestions do not influence my scores. Would be better if cleaning service (apparent above) was not during night times as this is quite loud. I would also suggest to indicate which apartment is booked (as there are two at the location).

You are going to be provided by a PIN code. No keys, which is very helpful. The PIN code was provided in advance. The room is well equipped. Bathroom has all the necessities, it's very clean! The kitchen is equipped even though it's small. The terrace is huge, especially the bottom one, where we stayed. There is hang-dryer available, but no washing machine (No issue though). There are 2 big parking spaces, so no worries regarding parking your rental car. They were available during our stay (End of April/begging of May). The location is quite fine - it's walk able distance to the city center by the ocean.

Unfortunately the downstairs apartment can get noisy if you have another visitors upstairs. You can hear steps quite a lot. Also the neighborhood can be noisy, but you are not going to stay in the apartments too much anyway so it did not bother us in the end. The kitchen cabinets might smell awkwardly, but all was clean. I'd suggest to get another bedsheets. We asked for another bedsheets but were left without response.

I like the room and the balcony with a great view.
