"St Ives is beautiful but, don’t advertise there is broadband when it’s very poor"

Location was excellent, it was clean, bright and well maintained Washing up liquid and t towel, dishwasher tabs

Broadband was so bad that it was practically unusable, we couldn’t even send emails. We contacted Booking.com and the agents who said a local member of the team would contacts us, but never did! Bed was bordering on the hard side for us Only one toilet roll for the whole week Bathroom with toilet was on ground floor, 2 floors from the bedroom so inconvenient when needing to use it during the night Late check in at 4pm Bring your own shower gel as there is no complementary
