Lovely Apartments - Alójate en el corazón de Madrid

Excellent location! The apartment is very close to Plaza Mayor and many other attractions. They provide self check-in so you just arrive and open the door which is very convenient and smooth. The bed is so comfortable and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Bear in mind the apartment is located on a pedestrians’ street where no cars are allowed to be in, so you need to walk to the entrance for a while, but we have no problem at all.

Ideal location near by Plaza Mayor, lot of restaurants and small shop open 24 hours. Apartment was clean it looks like on photo. Host interested if everything was allright. We have all information about check in. Ideal for a short stay.

In appartment was not natural light

The apartment was amazingly quiet for the part of town it was in. The location is literally just a few feet away from Plaza Mayor and most great dining and visitor locations were close by! Security was good with the system they use. The host was very responsive and responded promptly to messages. Close by to shopping and key metro station too.

I stayed for 10 days with 4 people. Toiletries were provided for 2 days only so the rental post that said they were provided is a bit deceptive. (Eg. Just two roles of toilet paper.). And washer only and no dryer - a bit difficult for travelers so host should consider putting in a combo unit. To enter the apartment you need to have a data-connected phone. My wife's phone provider did not have a good connection there so she had problems getting in sometimes. There was also no service throughout the stay so without a dryer difficult to do towels and linen.
