Station Guesthouse - Self entry via keypad inc parking

Great value for money, immaculate, comfortable bed, free parking in central Lancaster. A great find.

Shower was a bit unpredictable - at times scalding. Inconsiderate neighbours had the TV on all night, which obviously isn’t the hotel’s fault.

Location excellent, nice size room was clean and had a private shower room, shower was good, bed comfortable and tea, coffee making facilities with the offer of replenishing if required as well as towels and again a change of towels if needed. Free enclosed parking and right outside the railway station if you travel by train. Communication from booking through to leaving is excellent and would definitely recommend, we will stay again if in the area and available, thanks!

The only downside if anything, you can here the trains running through the night, expected given its the station guest house, but there are ear plugs if you want to prevent hearing these so the owners have been thoughtful for this.

Very nice and central location, a few meters from the castle, city center... Very nice room. All facilities were ok. There is mini fridge. we got a room with a extra bed so we would have more space. The overall problem in most places we stayed in the UK during this trip was with the curtains and the light getting into the room until late evenining and after 4:30am. The accommodation is right by the train station and our room was facing it but we did not have problems with noise. We always got very quick reply to our queries. The even provided a hair drier for my wife.

Location was central with excellent access to the train station. It felt very homely. It was clean, warm and the fact they didn't provide breakfast was irrelevant because we met up with family and friends in one of Lancaster's many providers of breakfast.

The floor in the shower was extremely slippery, it would have been good to provide a non slip mat for anyone who wanted to use one.

Gezellige sfeer, koelkast, magnetron, bestek, wat servies, prima locatie vlak bij station en binnenstad, gemakkelijk inchecken.

Bed was een beetje kort.

Ideal location with a short walk into the city centre and directly opposite the train station. Despite the proximity to the train lines, there was no disruption from the trains that we experienced. Pleasant little guest house prefect for short stays - will book again
