Super emplacement, chambre très propre, personnel très gentil et très accueillant Possibilité d'avoir quelques places de parking, rare à cet endroit

la seule chose à améliorer c'est de prévoir le petit déjeuner

Понравилось всё,кроме девушки за стойкой с крашенными в сизый цвет волосами. Этот сотрудник совершенно не клиенто-ориентирован. Попросил человека помочь мне поставить авто на парковку( найти место),была названа куча причин,чтобы этого не делать!!!Лично у меня такие бы люди не работали с клиентами.

Нет утюга в отеле. Надо ходить неглаженным:).

"Merkezi ama o kadar...."

Genel olarak personel iyi ve güler yüzlüydü. Ama odadaki kahve bile paralıydı. Su bile odaya konmamıştı. Basit bir bıçak ve çatal talebimize bile cevap verilemedi.

Oda m2 olarak büyüktü ama camı yoktu. Kocaman bir jakuzi vardı ki hiçbir işe yaramıyordu. Fakat en kötü deneyim hiç kuşkusuz odanın temizliği idi. Yerler kirliydi. Duşta küf oluşmuştu. 2 televizyon vardı ama 1 tanesi süs için konmuştu sanırım çalışmadı. İnternet hızı iyiydi ama check out'tan önce yani 6:15 gibi kesintiye uğradı. Hotel merkezi ama daha iyi seçeneker hiç kuşkusuz var.
