Um quinto andar sem elevador , o apartamento apesar de espaçoso e com um terraço maravilhoso apenas tem o básico o que para um apartamento deste valor me parece desproporcionado . O fee de limpeza e depósito de segurança surgiu um pouco de surpresa para um apartamento já caro pois não está bem explícito no aluguer ! O zelo do proprietário pelos possíveis danos uma vez que é a sua casa , tornou a estadia desconfortável pois ficamos com medo de partir alguma coisa e de usar o apartamento livremente !

Tagterrassen var helt klart grunden til at vi lejede den. Var også heldig med vejret så brugte den rigtig meget. Dejlig central beliggenhed ift metro, KBH centrum og Kødbyens liv.

Unfortunately disappointing, especially due to the condition, facilities, and behavior of the landlord We were looking forward to our stay in Copenhagen, but were disappointed in many ways. One of the rooms was effectively unusable for us because it had heavy rubber mats (apparently to protect the owner's exercise equipment) that smelled strongly of car tires—the smell was so intense that we had to avoid the room. Unfortunately, the stench even spread to the rest of the apartment. The bedroom in question had to remain closed at all times. Despite paying a cleaning fee, the apartment was not clean when we arrived. There was dirty laundry from the previous tenants, which we apparently had to wash, dry, and fold ourselves. This is unacceptable for a professionally rented property. The shower was extremely impractical: the temperature and water jet can only be adjusted from outside the shower cubicle, so you have to step out soaking wet every time and readjust it – a daily annoyance. Another serious criticism was the camera surveillance. Not only was the private roof terrace equipped with cameras, but all entrances and exits to the apartment were also monitored. This meant that the landlord knew exactly who was in the apartment at all times – whether residents or visitors. In a moment of carelessness, the landlord even confirmed himself that video recordings were being made – a clear invasion of privacy. In addition, the apartment is on the fifth floor – without an elevator. Anyone traveling with heavy luggage or who has difficulty walking should be aware of this. However, what disappointed us most was the landlord's behavior after our stay: the deposit we had paid was retained without any comprehensible reason. We were accused of damage that, according to the pictures provided by the landlord himself, was already present before our stay or presumably occurred afterwards.

We spent an unforgettable week in this stunning penthouse apartment, and it exceeded all our expectations. The location is ideal — within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and major sights, plus multiple grocery stores and the metro just minutes away. We also loved having the option to rent bikes nearby to explore the city. The apartment itself is one of a kind. Beautifully decorated with unique pieces from around the world, it felt like staying in a boutique gallery — stylish, welcoming, and full of character. It was immaculately clean, with incredibly comfortable beds, and the kitchen was well-equipped, including a massive refrigerator that dispensed both fresh still and sparkling water — such a luxury! One of the absolute highlights was the rooftop terrace — the perfect spot to enjoy coffee in the morning or a nightcap under the stars. The peaceful views over the city rooftops made every day feel special. The owner was exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout our stay, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. His attention to detail and warm communication made us feel truly welcome. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Copenhagen!

We had to leave…

Beautiful apartment with high quality and modern features. The rooftop patio has spectacular views. By necessity there are many steps to the penthouse. The exercise equipment was appreciated. The location was amazing and so easy to walk to attractions and stores and restaurants. August was extremely responsive and helpful.

Nice apartment. The neighbourhood have kiosks and some bars close by. The nearest shoppingcenter is about 15 min walk. They have a wastestation down in the backyard of the building. Good wifi.

Very long stairs up to the apartment. Be aware of birds on the rooftop terrace they raided my snacks when l left them up there, to pick something up downstairs. My own fault ofcourse birds will be birds.

Great, cozy, stylish very well equipped top floor flat with great roof terrace and rooftop views. Location is quiet, residential and a home from home with the locals. Restaurants, bars and cafes scattered all around and nearby in walking distance. Easy access everywhere. Live like a Dane and remember there’s no elevator, great built in stair master - weight lifting equipment in master bedroom for added fitness while asleep….Would love to return in summer and use the massive roof top terrace but great open plan/spacious indoors for winter also. Very safe flat and location for single female traveller also.

The weather! Wet, grey and cold (December)

I cannot say enough good things about our stay here. The apartment was clean, it had every amenity that we needed, the location was great and we felt safe. The host was responsive to every question and request we had. Whenever we did reach out to him he responded within a few minutes and provided us with great information to enhance our stay. His superior service made our trip even better. I will definitely stay at this apartment again on future trips to Copenhagen. We could not be happier that we selected this location/host.

The ONLY negative is the lack of an elevator. There are 95 steps from the building entrance to the apartment. It was not a problem for me and my party but it would make the apartment difficult for elderly guests or those with special needs.
